Roxann Waggoner has served as the Minister of Music at Country
Gospel Music Church since its founding in 1994. She was born in Lawton, Oklahoma. She is considered an "Army
Brat" because her dad was stationed at Ft. Sill at the time. Not being in church as a child, she finally was saved
and baptized at the age of 22. God has been blessing her ever since. Roxann and her late husband, Charlie Waggoner*,
traveled extensively as part of a country music dance band.
Roxann said, "Since beginning
this work in 1994 I have seen many faces, sung many praises and thanked the Lord for every heart that has been touched by
our music. If it has added anything to the Kingdom of God by any part of what we have done, I
rejoice."
