Lots 6 & 7 on Allen Street
Famous Bridgeton Bridge
Between the largest parking
lot and the Covered Bridge are these two adjoining lots in Bridgeton. These two lots together total a 1/4
of an acre along Allen Street. The Bridgeton Covered Bridge is only 850 ft. away from these 2 lots and
only 250 feet from the Hawkins Parking Lot. The festival runs from Friday
Oct. 8th to Oct.17th this year.
The lots are shaded, have
crushed stone surface, are fenced with a split rail fence and located on paved Allen Street. These lots
can be easily used for closer parking to the festival, used for vendors or can be used for a new building and stands.
The annual taxes for 2009 due and payable in 2010 are $228.58.
The lots together measure 72 feet frontage. Depth: 155 feet for one lot and 134 feet for the shorter
lot. There is no town zoning in Bridgeton allowing you to use the lots accordingly.
